Finland 100 år - Duo Kleio

I år har "De tusen sjöarnas land" sitt 100-års jubileum som självständig stat. Vi firar detta tillsammans med stråkduon Kleio
Linnea Hurttia

Linnea Hurttia is a concert violinist with a Master of Music degree from the Sibelius Academy and the University of Music, Drama and Media in Hannover. In 2008 she won first prize in the Heino Eller Inter-national Violin Competition.
Linnea has often performed as a soloist with the Turku Philharmonic Orchestra, the Estonian National Symphony Orchestra, the Jyväskylä Sinfonia, the City Orchestra of Lappeenranta, and the Sigyn Sinfonietta. She has given recital and chamber music concerts in the US, in many European countries, and throughout Finland.

Violist Ivan Podyachev has performed as a soloist throughout Spain, Russia, Germany, Austria, Finland, Ukraine, the Czech Republic and Estonia. He is a graduate of the Escuela Superior de Música Reina Sofía (Madrid, Spain) and the University of Music Detmold (Germany). 

Ivan has won first prize in two international competitions: the Musical Rainbow competition in Volgograd, Russia (2005), and the "21st Century Art" competition in Kiev, Ukraine (2006). In 2011, as a member of the quintet "Brahms el Mundo", he received the prize for the best chamber music group of the academic year in Spain, awarded by Her Majesty Queen Sofía.
